Cheap properties???

Does anyone agree that our properties in Penang Island is cheap and affordable?

Read today's paper, a so called well known local properties developer said that properties in Penang is cheap and affordable compared to the overseas' properties.

Don't anyone out there have a protest on this statement?

How many more of trees to be chopped off?? Just to build houses for people? Come on, how many people can buy these properties? Mostly buying are meant for investment? Don't they realize this bubble has exploded once in year 1997, and they are looking forward for another burst?

Papers keep saying building materials prices are going up, ... developers keep increasing the selling price. Valuer keeps saying Penang houses are about this price.

Ya right, please look at the surrounding, how many abandon houses, how many buyers out there to purchase? How many more of hills to cut, take a look at the Batu Feringghi, ... it's getting real BOTAK already.

Are they looking at the surrounding environment?? I doubt it!

I can tell all of these developers are looking at the money that they are getting.

Talk what environmental friendly housing estate la... to me, all these are bullshit. As end of the day, tell me which developer will take the responsibilities of environmental threat??

They already have the money and they will get their butts move, isn't it??
