The Garden MidValley

Not sure how many of you have been to this new hotel in KL? Well, this is my 1st visit. And honestly, that’s nothing to shout about, cuz, to me this is a business hotel. The only thing that is convenient is it’s next to The Garden Mall, and eating would not be a problem, last minute shopping also would not be a problem.

But, this hotel that I know so far, that has no specific car park lot. It shares with The Garden or The MidValley Megamall. If you’re park at the Premier car park, per entry is RM5, and it’s the nearest to the hotel.

The lowest category from this hotel is Deluxe Room. Currently is running a promotion rate, at RM365 nett with breakfast for single occupancy, for double occupancy is RM385 nett.

A long weekend

A long weekend is approaching… those that celebrate Deepavali will probably take a couple of days off. Those are not will probably taking this long weekend for a good rest or maybe going for a short break.

Whoever is on the road, please be reminded to drive carefully. Whoever is living on the mainland will be crawling across the bridge, which normally Friday traffic is expected to be like that.

So, what do you plan to do then? An early spring cleaning? Or, staying at home and do nothing?

I’ll probably be taking my own sweet time, driving down south for some food hunt. Am kind of like holiday mood now… cuz, it’s been some time I have not having a good holiday.

My dream

I had a weird dream this morning. A dream that indicates I should have this on my own instead of admiring others.

The dream was ….

I found a gift in my car, and it’s nicely wrapped up with wrapping paper and ribbon. I do not know is from whom, but it’s nicely lying down on my car seat. Due to curiosity, I unwrapped it and I found this ‘toy’.

So, guess what it is??

Day Care Centre

It’s worst to hear somebody that you can rely on to look after your kids suddenly tell you that she doesn’t want to continue due to personal matter.

I’ve yet to be a mother, but I can understand how would be a mother feels. When a mother hears this piece of news, am sure she’ll be very upset. Cuz, it’s never been easy to find another baby sitter again, and it takes time for the baby sitter to discipline the kids and also to look after too.

Putting the kids in the day care centre is many working mother’s choice right now. It’s always pros and cons. And we know if one fall sick in the centre and that will spread among the children.

Eventually suffer is the kid and the parents that will be nursing them.

And nowadays day care centre is so commercialize, you hardly have a full focus on the a child’s development.

I’ve chatted with a friend whom sending her kids to day care centre, and this is part of life that many parents gotta go thru. Though is hard, but, what other choice can we choose, unless the mother decided to quit the job and be a full time housewife. Frankly with the current economy, how many could survive with 1 income earner? Right?

Wedding Planner

Have you ever thought of what should you do after you retired? Or, have you ever thought of what to do some part time income? Or do you have any business in mind that you would really like to invent into?

I know many of my friends wanted to try out something that they are interested. Some even be their own florist, cake maker, taylor, and even some even help other small entrepreneur in their accounts.

I guess I like planning and organizing a function, especially a wedding function! I like to see the newly wed couple with a happy smiling face and loving emotions between the couple. This is something which you can’t hide from their face.

Though the process of planning a wedding is the most headache task, especially when you needed your guests to RSVP, and yet they are like giving you last minute attendance. You’re like wanted to strengthen them to death. Not only that, I believe some couples will agree with me that the arguments between the couple will increase without realizing it. Some say why this and some say why that. Some want to have a simple one and some want to have something formal.

Some got to seek parents’ advices, on what to do…

Apart from that, some family even follow the traditional wedding rules that the couple are not supposed to meet up before the wedding reception and so on…

Thus a wedding planner is best to be there to assist. Right?

Well, I am just thinking … just have no guts to be one for it. So, what do you like to do then??

Blue or Lazy?

The long holiday is over; I believe many working people will either have the BLUEs or the LAZINESS to either get back to work or school.

Well, I don’t deny the fact that I am one of the BLUE group.

I am even so lazy to blog, to write, to think and anything.
And, I know if I do not make any first step, I’ll be probably leaving this blog empty and redundant.

Normally at this time, probably lots of people start to plan their year end holiday and some will be counting the holidays and plan when is the best day to take off.

Last year, I was spending my short break in Pangkor Laut Resort, well, what would be this year plan?? I wish to watch Mama Mia in KL, unfortunately, hubby wasn’t really keen on stage drama. Furthermore the ticket is so expensive, it’s about RM200 and above.

So, what are you? Blue? Or lazy?

Here comes an end

The 5 days long holiday is about come to an end... and tomorrow is Monday, that's what everybody hates it.

I guess before Monday arrives, everyone would just wish, Sunday could end a bit later.

Many people were on good long holiday on these 5 days; some are staying at home and relax. I bet the long queue traffic along the North South Highway will not avoided.

However... drive safely along the journey is the best advice to all drivers.

O dear... am I started to have Monday blues now??? Grrrr....

Am in pain!!!

Can somebody tell me why even with annual dental check up and cleaning, yet we can still have tooth ache?

I went for tooth extraction this morning and the dentist (which the nurse assigned me to visit) told me that it needs to have minor surgery. I was like why?

I’ve been having this phobia since small, this is worst than going for an exam. Don’t you agree? And I thought after extracting it I should not be having the pain, but the truth is it’s even more pain, and I have to take pain killer to reduce the pain.

Sitting on the chair and allowing the dentist do whatever he has to do, that moment is always long and dragging, don’t you think so??

I wish I can have painless weekend, I really don’t wanna have the pain again.

What's in my bag?

This holiday is really a pain to me, 1st is pocket pain, on 1st day of Raya, my car broke down due to flat battery, and I’ve got to burn RM200 just for 1 battery. 2nd pain would be my tooth. I have bad tooth ache on the eve of Raya, and now am still in pain and yet I can’t do much as most of the dentists are observing the holiday.

So, instead of sitting down or lying down and do nothing, might as well, finish some of the outstanding tasks which I owe lots of people.

And one of it is this… ‘What’s inside my bag?’ which tagged by Little Inbox.

First what I need to do is…

1. Find a safe quiet place free of significant other, nosey meme makers, priests, nuns, all things religious and men in general.

2. Dump the contents of my handbag in a pile.

3. Take a photo of my handbag and the contents.

4. Be brave and explain to your fellow bloggers what lurks inside the handbag.

5. Answer questions.

6. Tag others who might want to embarrass themselves.

I actually do not know how to do this, cuz, I don’t take a handbag to work, only weekends when I run my errands. Well, for Little Inbox, I’ll do it.
