Generation Gap

Generation gap it’s something that nobody would be able to solve.

A couple had bought a new house and plan to renovate before moving in, and yet, what is the difficult part is, the lady owner is currently preggy and will be due in July.

Chinese traditionally believes while you’re conceiving the couple is advisable not to hack, or even spring cleaning. Cuz, they believe some kind of God is protecting the couple and the baby.

But how would many will understand the experience that other people had paid for it? Don’t think nobody would understand unless you’ve been thru.

Each of everything that leads me to ponder of a gap between a mother and a daughter… it could turn out to be harmony on the surface, and it could turn out to be sour in the future.

A word of advice would be … listen, and learn to believe. Probably what the elderly had been thru is a painful experience thus the advices may be find it difficult to accept. Some how there’s never have any scientific proofs to support.

It’s all based on your fate!

But sometimes what the old people say can be a "gem of wisdom" (bcoz they eat more rice / salt than us)....

Superstitious or not, I'll follow the "rules" to protect the baby. That's the most important.

to protect the baby, i will choose to renovate the house, so that my baby have a new and confortable house to stay and i believe, that is also the wish and reason to for the parent to buy a new house, i will listen to old ppl's advice if they have their point -prove it scientificaly. things like don't hack the house, open drawer/ windows/door before you go to deliver !!! come on .. does it help ?? if you are already in labour pain and your husband still busy opening those doors and windows end up delaying the time to sent u to hospital what will u feel ?

Anonymous: Thanks for dropping by. For any person, that included myself, also wants a scientific proof of those "pantang larang". Unfortunately, or probably am the unfortunate one, I had a very painful experience which is no scientific facts could answer my query. I went thru a very painful experience which I lost my baby in 16-17 weeks. Even a friend that I know from blogspot also went thru the same thing. Doctor will tell you the placenta everything is perfectly fine, 1 minute scanned the baby's heartbeat was ok, the next second it slowed down. Even doctor can't figure out. I personally went thru that experience, whatever comes along that could protect the baby, I'll follow. Take it whether is superstitious or not... I'll follow the rules!
