This morning just thought of visiting E&O Properties’ developments. So, we drove all the way up to Tanjong Tokong to see their project, Sri Tanjung Pinang.
Wow, the water front suites which is a service apartment is so impressive, but then expensive leh!!!
850sq.ft is about RM450K, and mind you though, it’s only 1 bedroom. According to them, 70% renovated, even Plasma TV in the master bedroom bath room is FOC. All are given, except lose items like bed, sofa sets, etc. But it’s only RM450K!!
We were told the 2 bedrooms apartment is fully sold, and 50% to 60% sold to foreigner. It seems that they have a soft launch in Hong Kong, London, Indonesia, and many other places, and were told these purchasers have actually given their booking fee, and will be signing Sales & Purchase agreement in this week or next.
With that reason they have locked the 2 bedrooms apartment show unit.
Too bad!!
Oh ya, we heard the 2 bedrooms units are all sea facing, and that’s the reason why it was fully sold.
Do you think local will spend RM1.2mil to buy a 2 bedrooms apartments, and it’s only 1.1K sq.ft? Oh ya, it’s on a reclaimed land….
I do not deny the fact that their design, architecture is very impressive. In fact, if you have the time, do drop by their show unit … the terrace houses, the semi-d’s, etc…
Oh ya, am not any broker or E&O sales executives or managers… Ok?? After all, they need not any sales to push the buyers to buy their properties…. Just visit the show house on your own, you will like it!
